A 6-Week Online Program
A Mindfulness Approach to Death and Dying with Bob Stahl & Jan Landry
29 April - 3 June 2021
Cultivating an awareness of death can help us awaken to the fragility and preciousness of life. During this mini online retreat we will explore how to be present each moment so that we can meet life and death with a wise and compassionate heart.
During this retreat, we will explore
- Our relationship with illness, aging, impermanence and death
- Mindfulness-based approaches to support peaceful life closure
- Cultivating compassionate presence to alleviate suffering
- Developing inner resources to care for ourselves and others
Each session will include guided meditation, a dharma talk, small and large group discussion. Together we will create a supportive environment to explore the mystery of life and death and how we can respond with greater wisdom and compassion.
Dates: 29 April - 3 June
6pm - 8pm (GMT SUMMER TIME)
